Q:“How do I select videos for a playlist?”
You can add clips to a new or already existing playlist by either clicking the small "+" in the lower left corner of the video in thumbnail view or by clicking "Share" while viewing a video.
If you are an admin, and have already created one or more playlists, you can also add videos by going to the Content section of the Admin navigation panel and clicking the category of videos you'd like to choose from (all/published/awaiting peer review/etc). This will take you a page of thumbnails which have check boxes underneath them. Check the videos you want to put in a playlist and then look on the side of the page for an option to "Add checked videos to playlist".
