Create a new "Tag Based Playlist" by going to your Site Admin > Content > View XX Playlists. Here, click "Create a new tag-based collection".
Use the tag cloud at the bottom to select the most popular tag. Do this three times, creating three playlists of the three most popular tags on your site. Then, create new modules on your home page for each playlist by going to Site Admin > Design > Adjust Home Page Layout. This way your site will constantly refresh with new tag gathered videos.
You can set up an auto-search so that new content is brought into your channel. This way, when new videos come in that have your tags associated with them, they will automatically post to your home page.
