- Q. When was the idea for the channel first conceived? What was the motivation?
- I've been adding video to my sites for a couple of years now. Video is an excellent way to help homeowners, homebuyers and real estate investors learn about green building strategies and its importance in combating global warming. Most green building websites focus on how to build green for a builder audience, or they are focused on educating consumers about what green building is. My sites help bridge the gap.
- Q. What is your background? Your history with video?
- For some time now, I've been a land and real estate guy. My interest in video stems from an early interest in photography. For obvious reasons, photos have always been very important in marketing real estate. Now, I find video to be the medium of the future. - I will primarily use my web video network to showcase a community of green builders, developers, homes and investment properties that are doing it right in our target markets. I want my sites to be the best resource for local green building knowledge and property information, but I also will use them as a platform to promote our specialized green real estate services and investment products.
