I started blogging in 1997, when it was called journaling. I used a WYSIWYG website editor called Trellix (created by Dan Bricklin, of VisiCalc fame). Though the subject matter has changed a lot over the years, my passion for it hasn't faltered.
Q. Are text, voice, and video blogging the same thing?
I use text, voice, *and* video. It seems my crowd over at chrisbrogan.com prefers text, as they don't respond as much to my audio or video posts, but I also make audio using Utterz, and of course, I'm doing AttentionUPGRADE now, so I use all three.
Q. How 'techno' are you? can you write code?
I'm not a coder or developer, but I've been elbows deep in systems since about 1997. I've configured, broken, deployed, tweaked, or otherwise mangled everything from a simple cell phone all the way up to enterprise class Sun servers.
Q. Was the Vlog In a Box recorder easy to use?
The "Vlog in a Box" software was super easy . I mean, I clicked record, looked at the camera, and off we go.
Q. Hey it's pretty noisey out there. Does Attenion Upgrade help filter the noise?
AttentionUPGRADE is my way of saying, "I know there's a lot going on out on the Interwebs, and I'm certainly not going to talk about every little thing, but here's something on my mind today." The idea is just to give you something to think about or look at that you might not have considered otherwise.
