Magnify Channel Access API
The Magnify API frees your channel's functionality from its layout. All content that is discovered, reviewed and published by Magnify on your behalf can now be taken anywhere. You can search, browse and display your videos, playlists, users and comments for use on your own site or in your web application. You can build widgets tuned to your exact needs. You can mix, match and mash all of these to use your video in ways we've never imagined. And this is only the initial release: stay tuned for even more power.
This API is intended for users with some technical proficiency and experience with server-side scripting. Requests to the API are made through REST, and the returned data is packaged as Atom XML. But fear not, the features and concepts are all documented in plain English, and code examples can help get you started even if you're not sure what this all means. Plus, if your site uses one of many popular PHP-based publishing tools, you can simply drop in our PHP class and access all API functionality with ease.
