October News -

September 30, 2008 - Steve Rosenbaum

We've got lots of news,  updates,  and even some special discounts for those of  you who are thinking about  expanding your Magnify.net channel.

First,   features.

Welcome GEO-Tagging.

You asked,  we delivered.  Starting today - any video that is uploaded to any of your channels can include mapping information.   This is a powerful new feature,  given that we expect more and more recording devices to gather geo data in the future (think camcorders,  cellphones,  iphones,  etc).  So,  the sooner we start being able to provide mapping data around video - the better your visitors will start tagging videos with location data.   It's all good.

And - for those of you looking to pimp out your channel with some snazzy new graphics,  we've got a Channel Graphics upgrade package that can get you looking sharp fast.   We'll do up custom buttons,  a custom background graphic,  custom video upload graphic,  and a custom channel icon.   All for just $250.00.

But,  it gets better- here's a low risk way to try out pro.

October is good month for tasty treats,  and Pro has a bunch of them.  You can customize your Multi-View-Player logo,  you can remove ads from  your site,  you can upload larger files,  even remove some of the branding and links on  your pages.  So,  why haven't you tried  Pro yet?  Cause it costs money.  We get that.  So,  now here's the grity:

A Discount Code (!)  just sign up for pro and use the code:  "Try-Pro-October"  and we'll reduce your total monthly bill by 50% for the next month.    So,  for a month you can try all kinds of features and save half off.   Ok,  go nuts - enjoy.

So,  use the Discount Code and you get the Custom Graphics Upgrade for just $125.00 (that's $15.60 per graphic).
